Damon O’Meara is Managing Director and a co-founder of Outback Trees. He has more than 21 years experience in managing/supervising major commercial landscaping and irrigation projects. Damon has considerable Pilbara native flora knowledge, and along with his father Denis O’Meara, this was the cornerstone behind the the establishment of the Company.

Denis O’Meara is a co-founder and Director of Outback Trees.  Denis has had a lifetime involvement with the Mining Industry in exploration and production, and in practical, achievable revegetation, landscaping and remote community enhancement. In 2009 Denis was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for his work in identifying and propagating native trees in the north-west.

Luke O’Malley has more than 25 years in Commercial Project Management. He has worked for Outback Trees for last 7 years. Luke is a Director and Contracts Manager of Outback Trees. Previously he was a Director and Project Manager for Envar Pty Ltd — providing commercial/mechanical services for major construction projects.

Warren Headley has more than 25 years experience in the mining and construction industries. He has held various senior roles with BHP Billiton, Blastworks Industrial Services and The Geraldton Building Company.

Michael Cheney has worked for Outback Trees for the last 11 years as Project Supervisor for all Pilbara based projects. He is now the Port Hedland based Manager of Outback Trees Pilbara office.

Shanon David has 6 years experience working onsite in the Pilbara for Outback Trees. He is currently Outback Trees full time Procurement Manager based in the Perth Office.

Darren Moulds has more than 17 years supervising Outback Trees landscape projects in the Pilbara region. He is currently a Project Supervisor for Pilbara based projects.

Robin Moulds has 7 years experience supervising Outback Trees  landscape projects in the Pilbara region. He is currently a Project Supervisor for Pilbara based projects
